RECIPE - Strawberry Cupcakes

Strawberry Cupcakes

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 c. strawberry yogurt
• 3/4 - 1 c. diced strawberries

Beat sugar and oil until incorporated, then add eggs one at a time until thoroughly.
